Could you please email me the name of your ISP and which city are you accessing blogger.com?

A couple of us bloggers based in Pakistan and overseas are building a list of the ISPs that have blocked blogger.com and the cities as well.

My ISP is PAKNET (a subisidary of state owned PTCL) and i am using it from Jhang, PAKISTAN

Of course the orders were issued by PTA (not FIA) but, except for a few large-size companies, ISPs did not show technical capability and sense of responibility. They could have and should block only the concerned website (blog) and not the host.
