That is aweful. I am a bulldog owner myself, and these dogs require constant training. I am surprised that dog, being in its condition, allowed you anywhere close to it. Still has a heart, could be a very good dog to someone loving enough!

I have a dog and I've become more sensitive towards animal cruelty and abandonment. I think its a bad person that will allow their pet to not be taken care of.
