www.feedcodesource.com just announced that their new 2.0 layouts will be ready in about an hour 5pm est. I can't wait but they said they are just converting their old layouts to work with 2.0.

u can use old layouts out is in the ccs or css whatevr its called and it just fixes it to make it fit your new profile

DEEPBOX.com has alot of Myspace 2.0 layouts . They made it so you can use any of their layouts, even the flashing ones, for myspace profiles 1 or 2. They have some cool program that enters the 2.0 layout that you pick, right on your myspace profile-you don't have to mess with the code or anything. I've been using DEEPBOX.COM for a long time because they always answered any questions i had when I first started using Myspace. Most everyone has a favorite MySpace site but if you don't have one you should try Deepbox .

Don't ever enter your MySpace login info anywhere but MySpace. That's just common sense.
the link in my profile for the 2.0 profile upgrade just keep tilling me to download the the firefox! and i already done so, but still i don't see how to upgrade! can anyone help?
To upgrade just go to your home page and go to where you would normally edit your profile. You'll see an option for "Customize". Click on that and it will give directions on how to do the rest. It takes a bit to get used to it but it is better. Make sure you set what you want to be private. With the new 2.0 your entire page is automatically public unless you set each individual module to private. Good luck!

How do i get the old myspace back?
2.0 is wonderful, I love it. It allows more design options and allows the layout to be cleaner and easier to read.
It's unfortunate that so many layout sites are simply converting the same 1.0 garbage to 2.0 Hopefully someone will eventually design some layouts to 2.0's full potential. Until then, I'm stuck with the myspace default options or once again, making my own as I have in the past as to not scorch the eyeballs of my page viewers.
To go back, click the "Go Back" button with an arrow on the top of the screen on Customize Profile.
I really don't know how to use 2.0 but im sure its better. I need layouts for 2.0 were do i go?

They have detailed tutorials to help you install the layouts or go back to the old version 1.0 if you don't like the new one. Add them to your MySpace friends and they will send you a bulletin when the site is updated

But seriously If you want good 2.0 layouts go to 2.0 Layouts at IWANTLAYOUTS.COM
They even have a converter so you can convert ANY 1.0 layout into 2.0.
Then there's their sister website http://www.snazzyspace.com which has 2.0 layouts aswell.
When me and my family started using 2.0 on Myspace we came here to check out all of the sites as they were added-lol already checked out the two just put in. While all the sites have their merits, our family agrees that one of the 1st additions to the list is STILL our favorite. That's http://DEEPBOX.com . Every 1.0 layout was converted, so they have a 1.0 AND a 2.0 version of every layout-they have tons of them.They have lots of holiday 2.0 layouts and other stuff too. There is a new hot and upcoming site for some great 2.0 layouts. You have to check out http://www.profile-lyts.com They also respond to your requests too. They did a layout for me and I loved it. So make sure you check em out. http://www.profile-lyts.com for default layouts

have to say i went to most of the sites listed. some were good but the one for http://www.profile-lyts.com was the best so far. i did put my request in and they made it that day just like the previous replier ^ said. I also found a link on their site to their sister site myspace comments that has some decent comments to send your friends. so thank you michelle for posting the link.

This is a great post! I have found that most of the users do not like the new Myspace 2.0 Layouts and are sticking with their previous layouts. But this is still good for Myspace to generate interest to stay in the race with facebook.
okay here's a question...
i switched to 2.0 briefly
but went right back to 1.0.
now when i thought i'd give 2.0
another chance, myspace won't let me change back over to 2.0.
it just glitches up on the
'upgrade to 2.0' page.
any ideas on how to
upgrade to 2.0 again?

What we really need is 2.o profile CSS designs that were written by professionals or eexperienced amateurs because the 2.0 profile CSS docs I have seen seem to be riddled with mistakes. it is toughg to learn about exactly what ouy need to have in a profile 2.0 CSS doc if no one makes them correctly and MySpace doesn't have a handy dandy reference guide to help you figure it all out.
i cant get 2.0
before going to the profile 2.0 i had an amazing layout that i created myself with the 1.0, but when i went to just check out the 2.0 it screwed everything up, i cant change it whatsoever. i paste a different layout to my About Me section, i go to my profile and its not there, but it has the links to the site who "created" the layout. ive been working hours on trying to figure out the problem but nothing will work. somwone please help?
