I hope this is not too off topic, but...
I have over 1000 photos that I would like bloggers to use free of charge.
See http://money-from-photos.blogspot.com/2008/08/
free-photos-for-your-blog-or-web-site.html
I hope this is of some use to you at some point, and that the instructions are clear enough to follow.
Thanks!

Love your review, you described the event very well. Guess you've been bitten by the Olympic bug as well!
Here's my take from more of a emotional note:

Yup, I admit I've been bitten by the Olympic bug. Who wouldn't? It's a spectacular event that only takes place every 4 years. What's even more special about this year is that it's happening here in Asia.

I was impressed by the ceremony too. Especially like the creativity of the giant footsteps of firework towards the stadium.
The kid besides Yao Ming is not only a survivor of the quake, he saved 2 lives during the catastrophe.
Nicely written review. Enjoy the Olympics!

You're right, the fireworks were spectacular. Could we have expected anything less from the culture that discovered gun powder? He he.

Love your detailed post on the Beijing Olympics opening ceremony! I'm so impressed with what China put out especially the last part where Li Ning walked on air to light the fire. Yes, I noticed he did overtake the scroll early on but later the scroll caught up!
So your TV coverage was not good, but at least better then mine in Malaysia where it started 30 minutes late and ended early! A blogger from USA told me NBC did not even broadcast it live so I guess they were even worse off!

I was blown away from all the details that China put into this ceramony. Outstanding. Very impressive. I loved it. I really was impressive by the art work at the beginning and the block things, the boats, the runner at the end. The Tai Chi thing, just awesome.

Oh my, I didn't think viewers in the US had a much worse experience than me. That's a surprise! They missed all the excitement of watching it live. All the while our coverage here was the worst.

The puzzle blocks was awesome. It must have taken hundreds of hours of practice to come up with that.

China, and the other communist countries, are well known for that. I think its a reflection of their discipline.
