Gravatar Nice tips. You'll find some tips from Harry lorene (Sorry for spelling). He got some good techniques.

Gravatar Guttu:

Thanks for the tip, I'll check it out. And thanks for dropping by as well. Hope to see you back.

Gravatar wow those are really good tips! will try to follow them :D

Gravatar Great tips. I maintain lists, especially of all of my online accounts and passwords. And I also designate certain areas in the house to file or store certain things I use. Hehehe

But the brain does need constant work to stay mentally sharp. Blogging and reading are good exercises and so do are activities such as chess and crossword puzzles.

Gravatar Nice post. I, too find myself often losing my trail of thought. I feel like I'm too young to have Alzheimer's. heheh. Thanks for the tips, I'll keep them in mind. :D

Btw, thanks for dropping by at my blog. I'm writing a review on Urduja. Will post it within an hour, I hope. cheers!

Gravatar great tips. thanks for sharing.

i also read something related to this. they say that the brain doesn't forget. the info just piles up in our brain. that's the reason why we can't sometimes easily remember things. the best way to recall info is to visualize yourself going over those piles of info you've stashed inside your brain. and pretty soon, you'll remember!

believe it or not, i have been using this technique for the past 8 yrs and it has never failed me.

Gravatar Thanks for the tips on how to help with memory loss. I started blogging in part to help my memory loss issues too.

We recently wrote an article on short-term memory loss at Brain Blogger. Many adults suffer from undiagnosed short-term memory loss. However, research has shown that maybe that some memory loss could be caused by the amount of glucose in the body's system.

We would like to read your comments on our article. Thank you.

Sincerely,
Kelly

Gravatar I had some great mnemonic dev ices, but I forgot them. I was in the bookstore, and saw a great book on fighting procrastination. I thought I should go in and buy that book.....later.

Gravatar Great Idea to use associations, basically we all have the memory of associations but in case of practice, memory just goes way better than before! Ok now I should tell some few tips to my grandma ))

Gravatar narendra:

I forgot to mention it in my post but I have been addicted to sudoku for the past year of so, definitely a good brain exercise.

When I started to notice that my brain was losing its sharpness I immediately set out to find what I could do to counter it. Luckily, the internet provided a lot of answers.

Will check out your Urduja review after this.

Gravatar tipidmeals;

Thanks for that tip. I'll definitely try that, anything to sharpen my mind.

Gravatar kelly:

Glucose? I have to read your article. We are a family of diabetics and if your that study is correct, we may have found the culprit for my parents' memory loss.

Gravatar keith stahr:

Thanks for dropping by Keith. And I hope to see you back.

Gravatar luke zet:

I tried telling my parents about these tips when I first discovered them. However, I wasn't that successful with them. Either they were too stubborn to learn new things, or they completely forgot about it later.
