Hehe, I've always known that sex is good for your immune system. It releives stress, increases certian hormones - they all affect each other into an overall healthier life style when you get *some* regularly. :-0 Great post!

oo nga, i've heard that it can relieve headaches, but it's the first time i've heard that it can cure colds.

I've heard this before. Haven't tried it though. Like you said its gonna be kinda hard with the sneezing and everything. am usually crabby when i have a cold too. just the same maybe i'll try it one of these days =)

Yup, it's true though I don't have any conclusive evidence yet. But I have read up on it and the theory is supported by a good number of medical professionals.
They should put sex in a bottle and mass produce!!! Thanks for sharing this! :D My boyfriend is reading it now over my shoulder, and I just managed to sneeze... so now I have the excuse to 'attack' him ^^

Air passageways are clear, yes. Not sure about the headache though unless...
