The reality is, Pinoys are TV oriented and generally, we Pinoys are so brainwashed with TV.... we are easily fooled and the TV culture is really bad... Like the Big brother, people here in Europe vomits about this show but when brough to the Philippines, it was treated like a "King"..
And kesyon yun daw sabi ng commercial, yun na.. people here are boycotting nestle for they have done to Africans, but sa atin, pag sinabi sa Tv tatalino anank nya sa gatas na to, yun na ang bilhin... well, that's why all of us in the Philippines are so intelligent.... yet we cannot do much for the good of the nation.
di naman kasalanan ni judy ann yan kasi artista xa parang acting lang yan, di naman reflect dapat na position nya din un e.
I feel sorry for her, she must not have thought twice about doing the commercial when it was offered to her. But then again, would any of us have, really? Let's face it, our country is poor and even stars would grab all opportunity for making money. Agreed she should have not made the commercial only for the potential profit, and agreed, her credibility should now be questioned from here on out. But is she liable?
That, I disagree on. It was her opinion she stated, and no matter how flawed, Filipinos have the right to free speech. She has violated no law by declaring her feelings. Even if we say she has been defending a wrongdoing, she is still not liable because the wrongdoing is not hers. So who should be liable?
Meralco, of course, for robbing the people of millions and paying someone to try to clean their image.

I guess these people should thanks Juday since it stirs up the Meralco issue. See the effect? The Meralco is considering of lowering the power rate lol.
Go Juday be brave...face the issue squarly but pls....pls...next time be sensible enough to choose whom you are workin with. My mother is devastated too huhuhuh!.

Thanks for reminding me. I forgot about her Jamby Madrigal endorsement. Looking back, it's no surprise she endorsed Meralco's system loss too.

I beg to disagree. The reason kung bakit dapat sila kinukuhang endorser is because of their credibility so kung hindi sila sincere sa sinasabi nila and they're just acting, where is the credibility there?
Wala namang masama sa ginawa ni Juday, panindigan lang niya.

There is no right or wrong in what she did because she can take any position on the issue. But she has to stand up to what she endorsed. By endorsing it, she took the side of Meralco so she has to stick to it.

that's why its supposedly called "endorsement" kasi it means you believe in a product enough to encourage other people to believe in it as well.
for example, ako, in choosing opps to feature on my working blog, i make it a point to visit the website talaga to see if they do have a good product or not. babalik din sa iyo eh.
and i really hope its not about the money. kahit bayaran pa nila ako ng malaki, you won't catch me endorsing fake handbags, that's for sure, hehe.

My point exactly. Judy Ann should make an official statement about this. But as it looks right now, she's ignoring all the clamor and hoping that it will die a natural death.
