i met him when i was in my freshman year in college when we interviewed him for a group project! so, toyota corolla pa rin pala ang car niya. at least the one in the pic is newer, haha! back then, it was that box type one (glx ba yun?).
see? if his car were a hoax then why does it work?? and how come he was able to install it on two cars (the old toyota and this new one?). i really think it has a lot to do with the politics in our country. totoo eh, this could have helped severe our dependence on crude oil years ago!

we need more inventions like this to save the environment. I just hope tol that his invention would not go to waste by selling them to foreign firms without him being recognized. If only our government would be creative enough to give these inventors some attention, then maybe we would be like Japan.
Anyhow it is really possible that water can be used as a fuel because of its hydrogen content. Actually in the discovery channel which I saw last year, NASA is already developing a hydrogen powered space shuttle that can go on hyperdrive, just like in the starwars. In that docu, it was still a theory being developed. Little that they know, we already have such technology here, kaya lang sa kotse.
I've been meaning to write a post about the bad effects that the biofuel law (which was spearheaded by Zubiri) to our environment and our economy. In indonesia, they already turned to the biofuel production chenes but the consequences were catastrophic. 35% of the virgin forest in Sumatra were burned in conversion of the land for palm tree plantation which is the source of the biofuel. It could also happen here in our country if we are careless enough to believe the Gospel of Zubiri.

I have read about the ill effects of this biofuel craze. The same thing is happening in Brazil where they have been using biofuels for their cars for some time now. The Amazon is slowly being eaten away. Tsk tsk.

I am not also surprise that his invention is just running around in circles. You're right, politics and greed play important roles.
But come to think of it, if all vehicles will be run by water, what will happen to all workers of gas related companies, local and abroad?

I guess they'll have to find work somewhere else. And even if many people in the oil industry will lose their jobs in the process, this water technology will benefit a greater number of people, not to mention the environment.

This Dingle has been ranting and saying the same stuff since I was a kid. I don't believe him anymore. It's been 30 years and his script hasn't changed.
That guy doesn't deserve space in serious blogs anymore. he belongs in my blog where everything is without form and substance.
Radio announcer Niel Ocampo commented on the radio lat week that he interviewed Dingle more than 10 years ago and he also said that he already has a buyer and that he will already sell his invention due to frustrations with the country. Until now, nobody has bought his car.
Do you really think it runs on water? Run it from Baguio to Matnog and back and find out what he will use to refill the tank. Hmnnn....
I also spoke to a well renowned scientist who reviewed his tapes and surmised that based on what he sees on the tape, he suspects a mixture of denatured alcohol and some hidden tanks. Of course, it's just a suspicion.
Listen to Chrysler who says that they test hundreds of contraptions submitted to them every year. Almost all of them proves to be worthless in tests.

By the way, being an investment banker, I know that it is very easy to secure venture capital in the hundreds of millions for businesses like these. Dingle need not sell his invention. But of course, no capitalist will invest in something that is bound to lose money.
That is another reason why I think it's a screaming fake.
I hate to say it, but I think that the only reason fantastic resources like this are regarded as hoaxes is because of countries and the politicians' ties to oil.
Many governments will discredit ideas like these so they don't lose the valuable profits that oil provides.
It's sad.

I agree with you. I have read countless situations in the past that attest to that argument. Politics is all about money and greed, and politicians will do everything to protect their take.
I have a video of a water powered (HHO gas) car at my site too, this is an OLD invention from about 40 years ago. Ford was still alive when this was first being researched. This isnt anything new, but needs to be given lots of exposure. This is an important invention no matter the inventor.

Its actually a wonder these corporations haven't put a number on his head and sent a hitman to eliminate him. The oil and gas trade is a billion dollar industry, after all. And I'm talking only of the corporations in this country alone.

This has been a issue for a long time, why his invention cant seem to take off. SIyempre, hindi papansinin ng government yan because they are tied to the monetary benefits from the oil companies. Paano na ang mga campaign funds niyan.

I've been reading quite a lot of articles about this technology lately and it seems Dingle's invention isn't that perfected yet to be viable. However, I wish our government will give him the support he needs so that the technology will be improved.
Conspiracy theories wont fly on this one. The industrialized world is heavily dependent on oil and would want nothing but air and water to fuel their machineries. Dont you think Israel and the Mossad wouldn't do anything to get their hands on something that will annihilate the oil producing arabs? The water technology up to this day is a scam. Nobody has learned to separate efficiently hydrogen from oxygen. Whoever does that will become the most powerful country in the world. Imagine tapping into the bottomless and expanding sea for power? Not even the laziest and most corrupt government can ignore that.

if mr. dingle could really run a water-powered car, he should start taking it as a business. if someone will tell him him "hey mr dingle, can you make my car run with water?" he should say yes and make it happen, well of course in a certain price. if he's waiting for it to be recognized by highly powered organization, well, it seems like as if he's waiting for the second coming of Christ! hehe.. he should start by helping his filipino people, for example, building a water-powered jeepneys.. if those companies will make better profit by using his system, many companies will try to replicate it and make better profits as well.
