I love your mapping ideas. I also love mapping and have used them for several years when I am stuck or just want to get the myriad of ideas that constantly run around in my head, out and down on paper. Interestly, having lived in Greece for six years or so my mind wanders back to one of two places and this brings me back to a beautiful place of peace and contentment ~ giving me space to imagine and dream. Hi Monica, that is such a great way to get creative for your future. Actually I did something like it, a dream in my head, giving art classes and expressive painting, well actually about being self-deployed and being my own boss. So I did some mapping a couple month ago, an idea streaming what I could offer. This week the first step got taken, by letting my tax person know that I want to do something like it and he will tell the tax office..... First step....so let's see what is next and how I got it managed with a 3 year old and a 1month newborn! I will load a piece of my map up on my blog. A great topic by the way!

I feel like my work is "all over the place" and recently I've gone through a dry spell. As I get back to it, I recognize as you have, that color and shapes are what holds my interest. I've given myself permission to "play" and be inspired. The result is a visual journal that re-inforces positive affirmations. Thanks for articulating this process so well!

MUSIC, CREATIVITY...maybe I need to draw a map! I'd like to reach the point where my business is successful enough that I can take time off to spend on music. One day people will buy my music! How's that for a statement?
