Oh I know how you feel! I have certain foods I can't eat. Garlic and eggs make me really sick with a bad migrane. Other food came along my intestine didn't like, so after dieting with really less sugar products and preventing my 'reaction causing foods' I really got a great result this beginning year. I can eat wheat again but I'm still only have it twice a week and my reaction to garlic and egg is down too. Travelling really sucks and going out for dinner or lunch is a pain...so I just want to let you know, you are not alone out there!
