Damn I wish I lived near you. I made peach muffins with pecan streusel on Sunday and could do so again. They would make an awesome dessert with that menu.
My husband's boss has him working late late late tonight on a surprise assignment. We're supposed to go visit my parents for their 50th wedding anniversary tomorrow -- the anniversary is the 3rd -- but that may not happen. Ugh. I hate unreasonable people.
Good recipe! Tonight we had a thinly sliced Kirby cucumber with thinly sliced salad onions (spicy & white) in organic apple cider vinegar with salt and sugar to taste. Let sit for at least an hour, shaking it up as the hour counts down. With "hot pinto beans" and corn bread and scallions.....Yum!
