Personally, I gotta side with the pitchfork, tho still a bit pouty over the Travis Morrison review. The 'personal offense' level of a band you love being reviewed poorly ranks right up there with having B.O. pointed out by strangers.
I was at the same table, as I was with Drunk Girl, so I was closer than the rest of you. I wasn't busying taking notes, so I'm not going to bother with a point by point refutation. She was drunk, she was embarassed after, but I missed all the talking part. Given that she would have been talking to me, I'm wondering to whom she was speaking (granted we were a foursome, and she could have been talking to another friend) in your little fantasy here. And I would have sushed her before the rest of you, since I know her.
My fantasies involve Tegan and Sara feeding me grapes while Colin Meloy creates an impromptu song about it, not some noisy person at a show.
Pitchfork annoys me on a regular basis.
