When I saw them in MA on Wednesday, I couldn't stop giggling and grinning. They're so great!
And their banter is really good, too, like the angry song has some sort of perfectly timed "Yeah, I'm angry, teenagers get angry, but then I poured this song out into a glass of music" or the sheer awesomeness of Harry Year 4 asking "Hey kids, do you know about The Man?" I wish I saw them when I was 12!
so true! in 10 years we are going to be reading an interview with some famous rock star and he/she is going to be like "i started playing guitar after i saw harry and the potters play a show at my local library."
I don't even care about Harry Potter but this sounds like my dream band.

Anyway, just wanted to say YOU ARE TOTALLY RIGHT! I was also at that concert, having heard maybe half of their songs beforehand, but knowing very little about the band itself, and it was AWESOME. I think my favorite part was when Fourth-Year Harry explained the "history" of the band. I very nearly died of laughter. MULTIPLE TIMES! :D
oh yeah, the history... i don't remember exactly what it was, but it was hilarious. something about them going to a room and all of their instruments, and their drummer, appearing out of thin air?
