What these assholes did to this poor toddler is beyond indecent. I hope they not only get the book thrown at them, but have to answer to Bubba and Bubbette in federal prison. They are so ignorant that they have no idea of what the pot and anything else that it may have been laced with (such as pcp) did to the poor little one's developing brain - nor do they even care. This takes child abuse and endangerment to a whole different level.
**** them both. I hope they get it good and hard in jail and get it repeatedly - without a chance to speak and say stop - but only be offered water, just like the little girl they abused.
