Gravatar It is miserable, isn't it?

My parents are actually so sick of the snow and ice they still have at home that they actually went to the beach today! Crazy tourists LOL...

Gravatar Hang in there, MiI!

No wierd winds here in Boston, but I'm guessing my place looks similar. We go away for the sedarim, so the dining room is also filled with suitcases, and all the stuff for packing, too, in addition to all the detritus of Pesach cleaning. (And a desk full of tax-related documents...)

(I'm still trying to figure out what we'll eat on chol hamoed at the airport - one adult with five kids starting at 5am for the day of travel, and no liquids allowed, and no kl'p food available...??!!)

Wishing you and your family a chag kasher v'sameach, and a healthy and pleasant change of weather!

Gravatar LOL Robin.

JF, at least we get an automatic extension on our American taxes. And we don't have to deal with the airport. Thanks for the warm wishes. Won't you get water on the plane?

Gravatar Hmm, is that related to THAD: Traveling Husband Affective Disorder, complicated by child with Strep infection, ninth month of pregnancy, Pesach prep and Hamsin?

Gravatar LOL, not. Refuah shlemah to your daughter.

Gravatar I added a new condition this year also--it goes by I.D.I.O.T.M.O.M. and stands for I Did It Only To Myself, Only Myself. I "accidentally" started a new project in the middle of Pesach cleaning that no one else can help me with because I'm not yet sure what I'm doing, and I have no one to blame for this mess but myself. I decided to rearrange all the pictures on all the walls. Right about now those pictures are going to go back up on the walls just where they were, if I can remember that. I'm adding a note to the lists for next year--don't be an idiot. Home decorating can wait until the summer.

Gravatar LOL. I wrote down that I had shelf paper, and I remember buying too much last year, but I can't find it anywhere. Don't ask me how long I searched. Had to buy more.

Gravatar Boy, I can soooo relate!!!!

I'm so glad that I am not the only one whose kitchen isn't yet KLP (kosher l'pesach).

Gravatar it's so gross out. Fortunately, I had a neighbor teenage girl over to help me out and I barely left the house all day. I'm afraid of what could happen if I tried to breathe the gunk that's standing in for air today... Spending the day attached to a nebulizer is really not something I'd like to do now.

Gravatar I am also really cranky (ask my husband and kids). Air conditioning is not working and I can't stand that bead of sweat on my neck.

Sigh.

Gravatar i don't feel comfortable when sleeping without a fresh cool air from an air conditioner but it's brown out, i used to sleep wearing only y boxers with my windows open,.

Gravatar Just a few more days!

Gravatar its cooled down now but i have 'ok my house is mostly kosher lepesach but i have no energy to do anymore' - kind of like the metaphorical sitting on the birthing chair but no energy to give birth. hope everyone is doing better. chag sameyach
ps juggling frogs - good to 'see you'
what happened to you????????

Gravatar ProfK - That acronym is hysterical! Trademark it!

Gravatar Perhaps it's time to draw inspiration from the Rolling Stones hit "Mother's Little helper" and help yourself to a nice Kosit of Slivovotz or arak for a nice mizrachi crossover. Lama Lo?
I would avoid macabi around pesach time if you've already completed bdikat chamez. You never know.
