You guys are warriors. Jerry offered to help me through a post dawn lap when I finally couldn't clip my feet in anymore, but I was beyond any help. A fast gentleman he was. Nice job.
All them folks weren't kidding when they warned: "Duos are hard." There were some dark moments out there, and not just in the woods.
Candy & I also had a 4th place finish in the Duo Open; at 5:30 AM I had wishful thinking of being able to pull off a 3rd place finish but the 3rd place team woke-up in time to stop that. I was all set to start another lap at 9:20 AM but there was no point as our placing would not change. I was also second guessing my old self about riding single and rigid. Looking back the sense of accomplishment, tells me it was the correct way to go.

Every time I saw you, you had the best attitude, even when you looked exhausted. You guys rocked it.
It's all just plain sick. I don't really understand you people. But for some reason, I also admire you freaks of nature.
