I don't know how I have mnissed this recipe!! I tend to use Granita biscuits for my bases. They crush really easily, have that digestive biscuit sandiness and the butter makes an excellent sticking back together cement!! Yum. I love lemony things!!

These look beautiful! My only concern with them would be breaking them while trying to prise them out of the tins. They sound delicious though, glad to hear they're easy to make.
