Oooh nice! But I think I'd *have* to add green food colouring to the filling - I've always pictured it being green!! heh!

Uh. I've been to the Florida Keys and had Key Lime Pie, and... uh... that's not it. Looks delicious, and if you enjoyed it, hey, that's the whole point. But that's not a key lime pie. LOL

I see this recipe all the time in the book but skip over it thinking it would be too much like my dinner party fail safe lemon tart. I see now its very different and will give it a go.
