Mmmm. Looks nice! I'm about to stew up a whole heap of rhubarb this weekend!
I want to grow it too - if you come across any crowns at the nursery, let me know! I've been searching everywhere.

Rhubarb is so delicious. That looks very nice. I made a yoghurt rhubarb cake, it had a layer of baked rhubarb through the middle. Our local green grocer has quite big bunches very reasonably prcied!!! I've put polenta into a cake too.

Yum, another one of those recipes I've always fancied - lack of polenta always stops me!

eewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww rhubarb! (no, I'm sure it's probably good - if I tried it again, I dare say I'd be converted!) I have never baked with polenta. I think I should!!

Rhubarb! I love the stuff!!! But I never have yet tried any of Nigella's rhubarb recipes and she has had a few.
Really unless you grow your own it has become a very indulgent treat.
