that was the part that worried me. you kinda around the bush told him that it's screwed up that he's in a relationship where he doesn't even know the person he's possibly going to devastate through the fault of the jackass who's cheating on his wife...
if she knew about it and was ok, it'd be one thing, but since he's apparently hiding this from her, it's definetly cheating. just a 'dude, this dude might very well have some other people *you* don't know about either' would be adviseable. use condoms. if he's sleeping around behind his wife's back, there's nothing saying he's being safe about it.
