I was always keen to become a great-grandfather, but unless I know the name it is not much use to me. Calling him/her just "Great-Grandson/daughter" is time consuming and not suitable for cooing with babies.
If I was Jacob I could read into your dream that you are going to accidently have a baby soon. But I am not Jacob and if I know you correctly you would never accidently have a baby so just ignore this message all together.
