You're right, Sebastian--we all should be posting comments. I check this site several times a day. And I deeply appreciate the spots you've given to my two blogs. I guess everyone is so rushed for time these days. It's the Communication Age, but no one has time to communicate!

Its lovely to get feedback on your site. I know because otherwise you don't know if you're operating in a vacuum. crap i'm late! ah well, guess you already know i'm down with the P to the C to the L. wurd!
yeah comments can really keep you going sometimes. but no matter how high the traffic people just seem, in general, to prefer the pleasure of passivity. perhaps it's because we are all children of the television/radio/movie/book. all one way and old modes die hard.
on the other hand i've noticed that comments breed comments. many of the sites i frequent don't get many comments at all and i feel a bit self conscious when i break the silence.
perhaps a little nudge after posts you particularly would like further discussion on would be in order? you know an "all comments welcomed" or "any thoughts?"
