Funny, no mention of JAMIE REID who designed 90% of the Sex Pistols LP and poster imagery (including the famous Queen/safety pin iconography)
As far as old punks "feeling old" when they see artwork of their punk heroes sold off, all I can say is you get what you pay for...if you're yearning for events that happened three decades ago then something's wrong in the town of Denmark
Imagine how all the old, washed-up hippies feel...not only DIDN'T their generation do anything of lasting value, but hippies made things worse (uh, drugs anyone?) Same with punks or Goths or whatever.
Be yourself, think for yourself...throw off all labels and tags...fold spindle and mutilate when necessary. Be kind to animals.
