May His Memory Be A Blessing! I am sad to hear about Brian. You are never prepared for a loss like that. You know he must have been happy to have a wonderful son like Dan, who has made a life with you and the children. That is what we all want to see for our children. He was blessed and so are you. I believe a person's immortality lies in the memory of those who live after them. It will sustain you and you will never forget him.
I hope time will bring comfort to you and to all of Brian's family.

This is just so sad.
I bought a card to send to Beryl today...the words are beautiful. This is what the card says:
We're given many gifts as we go through life. Some we're allowed to enhoy for a long time, others briefly. But each gift has the power to change us, enrich us, to make us better people. In your sadness may there also be joy that you had such a person to love.
And love they did. Brian and Beryl were so adoreable the way they called each other "Doll". They held hands and they were buddies. They truly went through thick and thin together. Our heart and prayers go out to Beryl, Daniel, you and Ross and the rest of the Levins.

Such a beautiful, beautiful letter for your fil. I think it's so important to let our in-laws know what an exceptiona job, if we are blessed enough to be married to someone special. In fact...important to tell ANYONE how we are grateful for their lives. It's toobad when we've waited too long to say those things.
