Gravatar I would NEVER move into a place where some died either tragically or violently. I do believe in ghosts.

Gravatar If I could afford $25000 a month for housing, I'd probably just buy a place on Long Island and get a yard.

Gravatar Hell, yeah! I could think of much worse then the ghost of Heath Ledger sharing my space. It is the living you have to fear...not those who have passed.

Gravatar It probably has a notoriety. Many have to live in former stars' houses.

Gravatar Remember the old joke about NYers checking the obits to find out where an available apartment might be? It's not totally a joke.

Doesn't the apt. belong to one of the Olsen twins? That would freak me out more than ghosts :)

Gravatar Yes I would live there if I could afford it. I used to help my ex when he would work at the family funeral home. At one time he lived on the second floor and I would stay there on weekends. The dead are harmless, it's the live folks that you need to worry about.

Do you ever watch Paranormal State on A&E? It's a little freaky but not a whole lot going on in the dead world except noises.

Gravatar I don't think I could do it. I grew up with a lot of superstition around me. It would be overly creepy for me.
It is a beauty of a loft though.

Gravatar I'm awfully skittish when it comes to that sort of thing. So, NO, I definitely WOULD NOT LIVE THERE, even if I could afford it and even if it came with a live-in priest.

Gravatar Nope - too big and airy - I can only imagine how noisy it would be with my kids dropping their toys all over the hardwood!

Gravatar sure! why not!

Gravatar Oh My God... I Can0't even think about this because it my dictionary the word 25,000$ isn't exist lol

But living at Heath's appartment right not will be a little bit morbid, to be honest...

Gravatar No, I wouldn't. People have probably died where I've lived, but I don't know for sure, and I'd like it to stay that way.
Nice apartment though... I'd love to live in a loft like that.

Gravatar That's a beautiful place, and I'm sure it's a great location, but no matter how much money I had I just can't see paying that much money PER MONTH to rent a place. Maybe if I was a billionaire and paying that much on a mortgage for a place I OWNED...but no, not renting.

Gravatar My friend knows someone who won the lottery ten years ago and spends $20K a month on his rent now!!

Gravatar In a city like NY, someone probably died just about everywhere.

$25k/mo...thanks for reminding me why I DON'T live in a city anymore!! :)

Gravatar If I had $25K a month to blow in a place to live, it would have be furnished, include a full time staff, a yard/balcony of some sort AND I would OWN it.

I suddenly don't feel so bad about our two (rental property & home) mortgage in Silicon Valley.

Gravatar That is the creepiest story ever! I think I would prefer not to know if someone died tragically.

Gravatar For me it'd be more about shelling that out for a RENTAL. I can't imagine throwing that kind of money on something with no ROI.

Gravatar Phew! Thankfully I can say that no one has died in my house as we had it built. If someone had I would not have wanted to know.

As for shelling $25,000. I guess if I had that kind of money it wouldn't bother me, but I prefer to own.

Gravatar It would be an Honor To live where Heath had lived. He was a wonderful actor I don't think he would hurt a fly,Not even as a ghost. If I had the money I would live there.

Gravatar I think If I was able to afford it, I would love to live where Heath Ledger lived & died. It wouldnt creep me out one bit & would be an honor to live there. To feel his presence or to even know that that was where he last was. & to put me more at ease knowing he was a great guy & didnt overdose on purpose. A tragedy how it happend and so sudden =[ If only he hadnt taken the joker role so seriously (even though the movie was amazing), I think he put himself too into the character that he just couldnt take it anymore & the medicine wasnt helping. God rest his sole.
