You know, I can understand why folks like Bozell want to pull McCain to the right. There are some issues where I'd love to see him move that way, too. Unfortunately, the tack that folks like Bozell and Malkin can't resist the urge to strut around the barnyard like bantam roosters. And, for Bozell to cite Pat Buchanan as a "true conservative" in his article strikes me as nothing short of idiotic. Buchanan is gone, and the vast majority of Republicans praise that fact to the heavens. Or, as McCain once said, "Thank God and Greyhound He's Gone."
