Being geographically challenged myself (I once put Mt. Rushmore in Idaho - sorry), I probably would defend Senator Obama on this one, except that the CiC MUST know where places are actually located or he could attack Trenton, NJ (actually not the worst idea) instead of whereverinhell he intended!
