Thanks for reminding me about Jemima J. I read it years ago (when I wasn't thinking about losing weight) and it's been bugging me for a couple of weeks trying to remember what it was called to re-read it and to see whether it was as "oh look, I've lost weight and my life's perfect" as I remember it. I too am on a weight loss journey and thought I knew all the tricks. I cracked up when I read about you drinking one half your weight in ounces of water. I loved that tip and am going to incorporate into my plan immediately.
