Wow, what an experience! I'm sure everything will turn out fine and hopefully they'll find an easy way to make you feel better. I get the annoying and painful neck thing a lot, but nothing beyond that. A couple of nights sleeping on my back without a pillow seems to help get me back on track. I'll be thinking about you and sending good thoughts your way!
