The private sector is unable to guarantee the most crucial issue: that there will be no losers. If there are losers, it's not a 'Security' program.
In any privatization scheme there will always be losers. The question is how large a fraction of the population will gamble it's savings away. 1 percent? 5 percent? That would be how many million people?
