Oddly enough, i woke up to find my dog had "ED"'d everywhere. In her case it was food/allegries/medication. Still not fun to clean up at all!
You still Crate your doggie? I stopped crating mine when they grew up. Then again you have a big doggie

we did stop crating him a few months ago. unfortunately, he recently started chewing daddys' things when we were away: mail, papers, hangers, laptop power cords- so we started to crate him again for his own protection. he just turned 18 months, so the last of his puppyness should be leaving him. we hope.

I hope Princeton gets better sooner rather than later. It's hard watching one's "child" suffer like that.

My one boy dog Nikko litterally took 2 years to stop chewing things up when I would leave him alone. I can now safely leave my shoes out and not come home to them destroyed.

Thankfully he does nto chew shoes. And for a while there it was inexpensive things then he chewed my Coach checkbook cover, my flash drives, then my laptop charger, and ipod cover. He is a little wood chipper. Does not eat any of it just leaves piles of destruction in the center of the living room.
