Wow! I am appalled! Truly!!! The people who watched and/or encouraged and did not report this are evil!!!

These people should be reprimanded in some way, unfortunately I doubt that it would do any good!

My cousin was just telling me about this. It is so sad. I can not understand why people would even think this is funny. This is such a serious subject.
