People that work hard before sun up 'til after sun down usually can't stay up until 4:30 a.m...you know, because that's what time they wake up to go to work.
Just saying.
Well, I hear there is such a thing as a day off.
I'd guess a lot of them work evenings as well. Businesses such as restaurants and markets. Plenty of anecdotal evidence around here suggests that.
Actually, that's probably true. I know a lot of people near this area get addicted to alcohol and coke because they work in the casinos all night and the only thing open when they get off are the bars.
