God, Myf, this is beautiful. Brought tears to my eyes, not just because it's such beautiful writing, which it is, but because you've brought many of us right along with you on all of the ups and "not so ups" of your son's first year. You are blessed, to be sure, but he is as well to have you as a mom, as are we to know both him and you.
