Here is a place to let your words do your talking for you.

Nah, I'm guessing they're template would be "George Bush screws up again." What else can we expect from the MSM?

I don't follow the network news so much anymore , but I think that the web world will be split among camps that think Bush blew it, some that think Rove is trying a deep, deep end-run with Miers as a pawn, and some who think that the Lib'ruls are picking on a poor lil' wimmins.

I think Bush blew it and Rove is gamoing the system.

Isn't Rove always gaming the system? Bush does screw up a lot, but that doesn't mean that John Kerry couldn't have done worse. And just think about who Kerry's nominations would have been for a moment, they would have had us living under Canadian law, while if a Canadian wanted to take your house to save the spotted slug then you'd have to give it to them. They're almost French and Europeans are more enlightened about it all, see.

It's worth noting that Bush has had to deal with the radicalization of the Democratic party into moveon.org types, the emergence of new levels of terrorism and now the hurricanes. What I don't get is why the Left hates him so much when he spends on social programs just as they would. Just how much money would he have to spend to use the State to save "healthcare, education" and so on for the Left to say, "Enough."?

Kerry would have had us living under Canadian law, mynym? What visceral reactions!!

Canadian Law? Would that mean we'd all have to end all of our sentences with "Eh?". Come on son, Canadian Law. Sheesh.

This isn't about Kerry. He lost. This is about Bush. He won. And he's done nothing but screw up.

Actually, Roberts looks like a good choice. Smart, anyway. But the sum of Bush's work, so far, taking the good with the bad has been overwhelmingly bad.

Come on son, Canadian Law. Sheesh.

It would be a joke, if the Judiciary wasn't already looking to international law.

And Miers...well, she seems just plain too ignorant for the job and soft on things like shaping decisions by international law as well. What I don't quite understand is why the Left isn't pretty happy with her as a nominee, unless they're just single issue Roe radicals.
