If so, it is a good start, but they have a ways to go.

Actually, I think they need to circulate a rumor among London's pubs that al Qaeda was going to bomb Britain's breweries in early 2012 to prevent ale from being available for the Olympics. Or maybe that the UK government is going to ban alcohol so as not to offend "resident" and visiting Muslims.
