Ah, yes. Camp time. I enrolled mine in a little mini-camp at the gym. Gotta get my butt in gear. If I'm already there, you think I'll work out? Which of the 1000 W. TX camps do your boys attend?

VBS is great! I am looking at boating camp (sailboat) for my older son. I don't know if I am going to do it. It is sponsored by the University I work at.

I was lucky enough to find a private school nearby that runs a summer camp and HAS A POOL. When we went to visit, it was totally Stepford, so I hope my kids don't come back with robot parts.
And what the heck is VBS? To the geek in me, it is Visual Basic Scripting. Ah, google to the rescue. Hope the kids have fun there, I remember it fondly from childhood.

Hope you get all the camps you want. It will be a blistering summer and both you and the kids need something to keep your minds off of the heat!

Yeah I'm a wee bit worried about the summer (understatement). A lot is up in the air so hard to plan.
Which VBS are you doing?
Great haiku as always!

Sounds like fun, and it sounds like it's smart to plan ahead, even if I look outside and can't imagine summer will ever come. Great 'ku!

Seems early to plan for summer, but HOLY COW it's not far off at all! (Hard to remember that when I still have to wear a winter coat.)

We have so few around here for young kids. We do swim lessons, VBS, a VBS day camp and that is about it. Summer is LONG! (:

I went to camp twice. One summer for only 3 days... the next summer for a week. I really enjoyed myself!

Cute Haiku!!!
My poor kiddos will miss out a bit this summer ... although VBS and T-ball are still doable as a friend will drive them, but I'm due with baby #5 in June ... so not much summer camp, but they get a baby sister
