Nothing set in stone. I put a lot of work into preparing RC1, so hopefully a final release will be possible in the coming months.

I don't plan on making any more RC versions for 3.4, but want to keep my options open for a couple more weeks.

Although, haloscan.com offers some manual instructions, there are some caveats before you can start using haloscan with nb. So, I wrote some quick instructions up on this site under the articles section.
