I remember seeing this on BBC2 back in the day. Been trying to get hold of a copy ever since too!
From memory it was an Arena special. It also got released on video - saw it in Woolworths once years ago as a kid but pocket money wasn't stretching so I missed out

I saw when I was 11, taped on beta and recorded on my Realistic tape recorder, but I was the only kid in my area with it and for that summer before Senior school we learnt to breakdance to every last word of it. From the moment it aired it changed my life and I have never forgotten the show.I was lucky enough to meet Bambatta many years later when he DJ'd for Mr C from the Shamen down in a club in Islington, way before they opened the End. He's will always be a hero of mine as his music shaped my teen years. As the documentary said " This how Bam sent them in to the street hip hopping to the perfect beat"
