The logo of the official Soviet film distribution agency Mosfilm was made by building a 20 metre high steel sculpture by the Rusian artist Vera Mukhina in 1937 and titled "The Worker and Kolkhoz Woman". The statue was erected in Moscow but was later abandoned and dissasembled like the Mosfilm studios.
