Concerning the equals I totally agree with you Deepak, but I don't really understand why should I use the "Base64 coding", anyway thanks for the tips

static analysis of that program would return a warning:
Line 3, position 9 "==" expected instead of "=".
That compiler warning is also a warning in real life, never say anything infinite number of times.
My suggestion: Use Base64 coding.
