Pasadena Now is a husband and wife online news site with an intern. Before this it did not employ any reporters. They are adding writers, rather than replacing them, and they are adding them to keep tabs on things that can be followed on line -- like Pasadena's streaming city council meeting feeds -- while they continue getting out in Pasadena in person themselves. I think the writers they are hiring could help add to the depth of local political reporting available in Pasadena. I'm in favor of what they are doing.
