1. I have a habit of fearing lists.
2. I habitually make odd remarks like the one above.
3. I constantly imagine that the above peculiar habit isn't annoying to many.
4. I have a habit of over analyzing the oddly simple things- like lists.
5. I always bite my nails while doing all of the above.

My children had two red-eared sliders, Jane and Michael, named after the two children in Mary Poppins. Poor Jane died and is buried in our former backyard, but Michael was released into a pond (with permission of the staff at the zoo) in the Good Children Zoo in Oglebay Park in Wheeling, WVa, before we moved back east.
I never could keep up with keeping their water clean though, very smelly! I would recommend sticking with mammals and birds as pets!

Thanks so much for the tag, sweetie! I just realized I neglected to tell you I was posting mine as well as emailing them to you. So - they are up! And honey - I can really relate to the pets. I have my own traveling zoo as well
