I watched that on TV and enjoyed every moment of it.
Only a moron would equate just meeting with someone with appeasement (giving something away), but then read the first three words of this sentence.
I sometimes listen to right wing radio, and you'd be surprised how often they lie to their audience. I think they just scream out whatever is in their head and don't bother to check their facts. One of the ones I've heard the most often is an attack on Al Gore, suggesting that he supported the Iraq war (recall that in fact, when the Bush administration shifted their focus to Iraq, Al Gore was one of the first to come out against it, at a time when few other public figures were).
Hoisted by his own petard! Ha ha ha.
This maroon is just one of many that deserve to be taken down.
Spin, twist, distort, lie, talk louder, talk longer, talk faster, interrupt, change subjects, evade questions, regurgitate knee-jerk talking points... lather, rinse, repeat. That's what is wrong about that right wing-nutty talking point echo chamber.
I don't listen to it, unless it occurs on one of the few programs I do tune in to. Faux Spews is banned in my home and when a friend asked why, my Ric said, "Geez, don't get her started."
