To me, the tire gauge thing is juvenile and makes them look like asses. To them they find it as the funniest thing, EVER. What derelicts. How did any of these douches get elected, seriously?

After they have obstructed several energy plans, they prove they are still just hypocritical asses by throwing this pathetic whine party.
Here's some follow the money:
The Democrats are basically saying "follow the money" on the energy debate, pointing out that lawmakers leading the Republican theatrics include Mike Pence (R-Ind.), who received $150,000 in oil company contributions, and Mike Conaway (R-Texas) who received $487,000 in contributions. The list of oil money recipients includes about 20 Republican lawmakers, all of whom have been involved in the faux floor sessions.
"Whether the House is in session or not, the Republicans on the floor today have always gone out of their way to protect the oil companies that fund their campaigns," the Democratic memo says. "All told, the House Republicans leading this week’s efforts have taken more than $3 million in campaign contributions from Big Oil companies."
The memo doesn't lay out exactly how much money the oil industry has given to Democrats, but stats from the Center for Responsive Politics show the industry contributed 26 percent of its donations to Democrats and 74 percent to Republicans.
Anybody still wondering about some of the other reasons why the pump prices and profits are so high?

The Congressional Republicans couldn't be whinning just like the rest of us ungrateful American consumers?
After surveying John McCain's 25 years of work on developing alternative fuels, you'd think he'd wouldn't be tilting at windmills or playing around with tire guages at this stage.
Where is the value of McCain's wide experience? Why are we still dependent on drilling for oil as the only Republican alternative?

It's sad to see this man ruin whatever credibility he once may have had.
The McFlip-Flopper changes his stance, and then gets even more money from Big Oil. Just look that the stunts going on in the House, and how many of them are also supported by Big Oil. (And, that's another reason why they don't want to leave Iraq: they think "our oil" is in Iraq's sand.) And they're throwing temper tantrums because they can't get their way.
It's kind of funny that even the WH won't support their pathetic whine sessions.
When can the adults take over?
