I'm more leaning to the lousy economy having a bigger impact on people's budgets these days, and they aren't out spending much. It's getting harder to keep putting food on the familiy and gas in the tank. Trickle down economics? Hah. That is NOT rain!
Lots of extra crazy tossed in these last two weeks, eh? Not much good stuff, but the People keep trying to keep it together. Too bad the politicians can't. *Grumble.*
We, the People, keep speaking out... over and over and over again. And they say they hear us... then we get even more BS. WTF?
Dang, Eli, there is so much crap floating downhill, some days it's hard to keep on hoping that change is ever, ever going to happen.

While the money is steadily flowing UP to THEM.
The financials are caving again. First it was the sub-prime. Now it's credit cards debt, and the mergers & takeover fraud.
The Fed has no other alternative than to bail them all out and raise the interest rates. With the dollar so low and oil rising ever higher, where will it all end?
Disneyland might have to close. I'm glad you got to see it when it was still operating at full tilt but not so crowded, Eli.
Ah, my. To think the Republicans did it to this country again... and many of us are still hoping there may be a way out. Fairy tales only come true in places within our hearts not in the markets.
Our lives are never going to be the same again. We're all taking our last vacation. Lord, Obama is so young and seems so composed. Does he have the strength and will to pull us through what is about to happen?
FDR grew up in a place where dreams could come true. Obama didn't. But yet here he is poised and ready to face the music.
And he thinks we can. I hope he's right.
