Why even pay CEO's when they get fired at all? Have you ever seen a CEO call an employee who failed to produce into his office, tell him he was fired and send him packing with a check for 14 million dollars?
Eli, I think the CEO's contract thing is similiar to what sports players get: "I'm sooo good that I can negotiate a price for my playing on your team, and even if we lose I get still paid."
Blech. And it's BS. IMO
