Holla Back!

Gravatar Good thorough post.

The only way to combat this is to strengthen our local communities.

All politics is local. By coalescing your neighbors you will avoid the "bystander effect" (just sitting back and letting it happen because there are so many who could be acting instead of you. Responsibility is diffused.)

Gravatar Thanks, TJ. You're right about coalescing your neighbors. Part of the problem is that there are a lot of people who are mad as hell at what "they" are doing but they have no idea who "they" really are. Many Democrats hate the social changes that are taking place but either are ignorant to the fact that it is their party pushing these agendas or they don't want to admit it. Democrats are like lawyers, people think they're all bad... except theirs.

Gravatar Brilliant assessment!..It does no good to try to keep the house together when you ignore the raging fire burning within it...trudat!..I will add ya to my blogroll right away.

Gravatar Thanks for the linkage!

Gravatar Thanks for the complement, but I'm not wise - just observant.

Excellent post! We do need to get off our collective posteriors and call the Libs for what they really are - closet Socialists.

Gravatar And a house divided, in times like these, is the worst thing imaginable for our country. . .attempting to guarantee defeat for the sole purpose of politics -- heinous.

Gravatar And why those who allegedly espouse free speech on the Left are the very FIRST to ensure there is little if any speech other than theirs.

Gravatar You're right on the money. It would help if people spent less time in front of the tube and more time reading (appropriate material) and on a good number of great blogs.

Gravatar I guess this goes without saying, but Right On Brotha! Fight the power! Make love, not commies! No communism for peace! Libs lie, people get oppressed...

Sorry, I just like using their own rhetorical devices against them.
