Amanda, I do a fair amount of basic Web publishing (with a similar interface that blogger.com gives us) at work. The only way I know how to do this is to: 1) create the pdf as a Web site 2)With that web link, create a hyperlink on the edit side of blogger.com. 3) The hyperlink ("click here for this article") will link to the pdf. The Web guys at my company usually take care of making a pdf Web ready for me, since I don't have the privileges to create Web pages with the company url.
