I've seen Carrie Underwear (long way from "Jesus Take The Wheel") perform on C&W shows and she almost always performs underdressed. She can sing well enough not to have to do that.
Country Music as many beautiful gal singers (Jennifer Nettles, call me!) who can get by fully clothed. Leave country skank to Gretchen Wilson.

I too felt a wee bit bad about my season long witch hunt of the poor boy, and felt a twinge...just a twinge of sorriness for him there at the end. But I am still tremendously glad he didn't win.
Oh, and I had also threatened to boycot season eight if it had gone the other way. Phew!
So I guess same time next year, huh?
I'm in, Lord willin' an' the crick don' rise. This will be a lot to live up to - from the Asian Liberace to the deepest top-10 ever. We may have to buy the DVD recap when it comes out.]

My parents' recap was hilarious: "Both of them got cars." And they didn't understand the Gladys Knight thing at all--just e-mailed them identifying the "Pips" thanks to your post!
